Lily James, LMT

Background & Approach

I have been practicing massage and bodywork since 2017. I am grateful to this work for continually teaching me how to listen deeply and respond to the subtle cues of the body. Our intelligent systems have an incredible capacity for healing, and my goal is to support the innate wisdom of your body toward more vibrant health.

I came to this work with the intention of supporting people to feel more safe, comfortable, and present in their bodies. I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy and techniques to support nervous system regulation. I enjoy blending modalities and drawing upon my background in Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, and Visionary Craniosacral Therapy. My goal is to meet clients' needs and preferences holistically and compassionately.

Born and raised in Flagstaff, I’m so glad to be back home and caring for this community. I feel deeply honored to support my clients and witness their journey.
